Our LitTLe cHefs Day 2

Today we made CHICKEN QUESADILLAS.

The children helped cut the onions

and....

shred the meat.

 Irelynn being so careful.

Mrs. Brimhall showed how to cook tortillas.

Then they all enjoyed having a bite.

The most important ingredient.

Today we had group snack so Braelyn who brought salsa for snack took the first bite then everyone joined in.

oUr LiTtLe CHEFS DAY 1 Tuesday

This week is CHEF WEEK.

Our little CHEFS in their hats.

So everyday we have a food demonstration.

Every child has the opportunity to measure, pour or stir.

Dips for bread, vegetables and fruit.

The kids named this one Cheezy, Yum Yum Bread Dip.

DO Always wash your hands.

DON'T lick your fingers while cooking.

DO try your food creation with a CLEAN spoon.

 yummy bunny cupcakes with

marshmallows,

 M&M's,

 jelly beans and pretzels.

It is always fun to see what their

interpretation of art

or in this case a bunny.
